Welcome to Cinehaus. By accessing this website or engaging Cinehaus for services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
Cinehaus provides video production, creative content, branded storytelling, content strategy, and related creative services for businesses, organisations, and individuals.
All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
2. Project Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all project proposals, quotations, briefs, and deliverables in a timely manner. Delays in feedback or approvals may affect project timelines.
3. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in a proposal, quotation, or service agreement, all video projects include up to two (2) rounds of revisions.
Additional revision rounds, major scope changes, or requests outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.
4. Subscription Services
Where Cinehaus offers subscription-based services, all subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months.
Subscription fees are billed according to the agreed payment schedule and remain payable throughout the minimum commitment period.
Following the initial three-month term, subscriptions may continue on a rolling basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payments
Invoices must be paid within the payment terms specified on the invoice or proposal.
Cinehaus reserves the right to pause work, withhold deliverables, or suspend services where payments remain outstanding.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
Cinehaus retains the right to display completed work within its portfolio, website, social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Client Materials
Clients warrant that they own or have permission to use any materials provided to Cinehaus, including logos, images, videos, music, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
The client accepts responsibility for any claims arising from materials supplied by them.

Cinehaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of its services or website.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
